中药小青龙汤加减治疗喘憋性肺炎60例临床观察

Xiaoqinglong Decoction for infantile and children asthmatic pneumonia:an observation of 60 cases

目的观察小青龙汤加减治疗婴幼儿喘憋性肺炎的临床疗效。方法将110例患儿随机分为两组,对照组50例给予常规治疗,治疗组60例于常规治疗基础上加用小青龙汤加减。结果两组总有效率比较,差异有高度统计意义(P<0.01)。结论小青龙汤加减治疗婴幼儿喘憋性肺炎安全有效,可以缩短病程及提高临床治愈率。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effects of Xiaoqinglong Decoction for infantile and children asthmatic pneumonia.Methods 110 patients were randomly divided into two groups,the control group of 50 patients were given conventional treatment,the treatment group of 60 cases on the basis of conventional therapy with Xiaoqinglong Decoction.Results Two groups of symptoms and signs disappeared/mitigation time,clinical efficacy comparison,there were statistically significant（P 0.05）.Conclusion Xiaoqinglong Decoction for infantile and children asthmatic pneumonia is safe and effective,can shorten the course of the disease and improve clinical cure rate.
