中药熏蒸治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染40例临床观察

Chinese herbal fumigation and steaming for children recurrent respiratory tract infection:an clinical observation of 40 cases

目的观察中药熏蒸治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染的疗效。方法选择2008年5月至2009年6月收治的小儿反复呼吸道感染患儿80例,随机分为两组,治疗组以健儿防感方熏蒸,对照组口服免疫球蛋白胶囊,1月后统计疗效。结果治疗组治愈22例,显效12例,有效3例,无效3例,总有效率92.5%;对照组治愈18例,显效6例,有效6例,无效10例,总有效率75.0%。结论应用中药熏蒸治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染疗效显著。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of herbal fumigation and steaming in treating children recurrent respiratory tract infection.Methods Selected 80 children who suffered from recurrent respiratory tract infection and admitted to our hospital from May 2008 to June 2009,divided into two groups at random,the treatment group were given herbal fumigation and steaming method as a prevention and treatment prescription of cold for children,and the control group were prescriped with oral imunoglobulin capsules.Therapeutic effects were evaluated after one-month treatment.Results In the treatment group,22 cases were cured,12 with obvious efficiency,3 with general efficiency,and 3 with no effect.The total effective rate was 92.5 %.While in the control group,18 cases were cured,6 with obvious efficiency,6 with general efficiency,and 10 with no effect.The total effective rate was 75.0 %.Conclusion The herbal fumigation and steaming presents evident clinic efficacy in treatment of child recurrent respiratory tract infection.
