摘要 师资问题是制约教育的关键问题,农村学前教育师资存在的数量不足,流动率高,后继乏人;职前教育薄弱,专业素质低;职后培训缺失,自主发展意识淡薄;社会地位严重失落等问题已严重影响农村学前教育事业的发展。因此,构建学前教育师资培养新体系,为农村幼儿园输送大量合格师资,既为师范院校学前教育专业的发展带来了良好的发展机遇,也是一种义不容辞的责任。 Teachers are the key problem constraining education. There are many problems with the rural preschool teachers: insufficiency, high flow rate, and lack of successors; weak pre-vocational education, and low professional quality; lack of vocational training, and weak sense of self-development; serious loss of social status, etc. These problems have seriously affected the development of preschool education in the rural areas. Therefore, to build a new system of preschool teachers training and provide a large number of qualified teachers for the rural kindergartens not only brings good opportunities for the development of preschool education in normal colleges, but also is an obligatory responsibility.
