摘要
中国石油长庆石化公司污泥来源主要包括池浮渣池的浮渣、生化池的剩余污泥、污泥调节罐底泥、调节罐及各容器底泥等,2007年共产生各类污泥9954t。减量处理的主要流程为浓缩、脱水、干燥和焚烧处理。介绍了污泥减量工艺的主要处理流程,分析了絮凝剂、离心机、污泥固含量和污泥进料温度对污泥脱水的影响。确定了工艺运行参数:絮凝剂选用干粉835BS、855BS,投加浓度选取2‰,投加量控制在0.25~0.30m3/h,絮凝剂的投加位置选在距离心机入口10m处;离心机转速控制在2500~3200r/min,差转速控制在9.0-13.0r/min;污泥处理量控制为5~7t/h;加热温度一般控制在40~50℃。污泥减量工艺投用以来,长庆石化公司污泥外运量大幅降低,由(0.8~1)×10^4t/a降至400~500t/a,污水总外排水中氨氮和COD总体呈下降趋势,污水处理场总排出水水质有所好转。
The main sources of sludge in PetroChina Changqing Petrochemical Company are the scum in scum tanks,the leftover sludge in septic tanks and the sludge at the bottom of sludge conditioning tanks and other vessels.In 2007,the company produced a total of 9,954t of sludge.The main procedures of reducing sludge include condensing,dehydration,drying and burning.This article describes the main procedures of reducing sludge and analyzes the influence of flocculants,centrifuges,solid content of sludge and sludge feeding temperature on the dehydration of sludge.The operating parameters set by Changqing Petrochemical Company are:dry chemicals 835BS and 855BS are used as flocculants,the dosage used is 2‰,the dosing speed is 0.250.30m3/h and the flocculants are fed at a spot 10m away from the inlet of the centrifuge ;the rotating speed of the centrifuge is controlled at 2500-3200r/min and the differential speed is controlled at 9.0-13.0r/min ;the sludge processing speed is controlled at 5-7t/h;the heating temperature is typically maintained at 40 50℃.Since the adoption of sludge reduction techniques,the volume of sludge transported from Changqing Petrochemical Company has dropped dramatically,from(0.8-1)×104t/a to 400-500t/a,and the contents of ammonia nitrogen and COD in the sewage discharged have been declining on the whole.The quality of water discharged from the company's sewage treatment plant has improved.
