数字化三维塑形钛网修补颅骨缺损临床应用 被引量:15

摘要 目的探讨采用数字化三维塑形钛网在神经外科颅骨缺损治疗中的临床价值。方法采集2007-09~2009-09治疗的颅骨缺损患者73例,其中数字化三维塑形修补32例,传统手工塑形修补41例。比较分析两者在手术用时、钛钉用量、术后并发症、塑形工作量以及对术后外观的满意度等方面差异。结果数字化三维塑形颅骨修补平均手术时间、术中塑形用时及钛钉用量,与传统手工塑形比较明显缩短和减少,患者对数字化三维塑形的满意度达到100%,优于传统手工塑形组65%。结论数字化三维塑形钛网修补颅骨缺损明显优于传统手工塑形颅骨修补,能最大程度恢复缺损外形,缩短麻醉及手术用时,操作简便,术后并发症少,提高患者生活质量,应用价值更广。 Objective To explore the clinical value of Ti frames by 3D shaping in neurosurgical skull defect treatments.Methods Seventy-three patients in our department from September 2007 to September 2009,within 32 patients were treated with 3D shaping technique,41 patients with traditional handwork shaping.The operational time,complications after operation and approving scale on shaping were compared.Results Repairing skull with the technique of three-dimension shaping obviously shortened time and decreased the number of nail,compared with traditional handwork shaping group.The approving scale of patients attains was 100%,compared with traditional handwork shaping group of 65%.Conclusion Repairing skull with the technique of three-dimension shaping is more better than handwork shaping and shorten unaesthetic and operational time,improve patients' living quality remarkably,ease complications and take on popularization and application value.
