摘要
目的比较改良法与传统法粘结托槽在预防牙釉质脱矿方面的差异。方法选择群耕口腔固定矫治患者40例(共716颗牙),男16例,女24例,年龄12~30岁平均年龄14.3岁。将所有要粘托槽的牙齿按中线分为试验组和对照组,实验组用改良法粘结托槽,对照组用传统法粘结托槽,待矫治结束后拆除固定矫治装置观察釉质脱矿的发生情况。结果试验组的釉质脱矿发病率低于对照组,差异具有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论表明在固定矫治中,托槽改良粘结法是一种简便且有效降低牙釉质脱矿的方法。
Objective To study the difference of the ability in enamel demineralizationresistance between the modified and the conventional bracket-bonding Methods.Methods A total of 40 patients(716 teeth) underwent fixed orthodontics in QunGeng dental clinic,including 16 males and 42 females,aged 12~30 years with a mean of 14.3 years.All teeth were divided into two groups according to the midline.The brackets of experimental group were bonded with modified bonding method.The brackets of control group were bonded with conventional bonding method.After the fixed orthodontics was over,the occurrence of enamel demineralization was observed.Results The teeth of experimental group had lower demineralization than the control group,the difference was significant.Conclusion The modified bracket-bonding method has strong effect in prevention in enamel Demineralization during fixed orthodontic treatment.
