组态王在烟气脱硫监控系统中的应用

Application of King View on Supervise System of Gas Desulphurization

本文以德州某植物蛋白公司锅炉烟气脱硫工程为实例,给出基于组态王和工业数据库构建的烟气脱硫监控系统整体软硬件解决方案,重点介绍了上位机监控界面设计方法及数据库操作过程,并对各监控点与组态王的通信进行了介绍,最后对该系统在实际运行中的效果进行了总结。

In this paper, take a boiler flue gas desulphurization in a plant protein corporation of De Zhou City as an example; a whole hardware and software solution for Supervise System of gas desulphurization which based on King View and Industry Database was built. Focus on the method of design Monitoring Interface and the process of database operations of Host Computer. the communication of king view and Monitoring Point was also introduced. At last, the effect of the Supervise system run in the factory is summarized.
