摘要
本文通过对于多台带刀库CNC加工中心大批量加工同样零件时刀库问题的分析,并详细提供了软件编程和CNC加工中心操作相结合的处理方案,使编出程序更具有通用性,使CNC加工中心刀库操作方式更具通用性,从而大大提高了生产效率。
Through analysis of the tool magazine problems in machining same spares in many knife library of high-volume machining CNC machining center, the paper provided a detailed treatment programs combined software programming and operating CNC machining, which made the programs more interoperable, made CNC machining center Tool mode of operation more versatile, thus greatly improving the efficiency of production.
