小儿甲型H1N1流感危重症

摘要 新甲型H1N1流感病毒毒株引发了全球范围内甲型H1N1流感的流行,各国不断有危重症和死亡病例报道.儿童是甲型H1N1流感的易感人群,大部分患儿仅出现发热、咳嗽等流感样症状,但有部分患儿迅速出现急性呼吸窘迫综合征（ARDS）、心功能不全、休克和多器官功能不全综合征（MODS）等危重症表现而需要机械通气和重症监护[1].
