102例脑血管病继发癫痫的脑电图分析

102 Cases Cerebrovascular Disease of Eeg Analysis of Secondary Epilepsy

目的探讨脑血管病继发癫痫与临床的关系。方法对其102例脑血管病继发癫痫患者的脑电图及临床资料进行分析。结果 102例患者中脑电图异常94例(占92%)。其中脑出血26例均为异常脑电图。病灶位于皮质区占74%(19/26)脑梗塞76例,正常范围脑电图8例,异常脑电图68例,病灶位于皮质区占69.7%(53/76)。在102例患者中失神性发作5例,局限性发作继发大发作12例,癫痫持续状态2例,脑电图的异常率为100%。强直阵挛性发作68例,脑电图异常率94%(63/68)。局限性发作12例,脑电图异常率83%(10/12)。精神运动性发作3例,脑电图异常率66%(2/3)。结论脑血管病是继发癫痫的主要原因之一,且发病率高,脑电图阳性率高。脑皮质病灶明显多于深部病灶。

Objective Cerebrovascular disease secondary epilepsy and clinical relationship.Methods 102 patients in the subsequent epilepsy patients of cardiovascular disease electroencephalogram（eeg）and clinical data were analyzed.Results 102 patients in eeg anomalies 94 cases（92 percent）.26 cases of cerebral hemorrhage is abnormal eeg.Lesions accounted for 74% in cortex.（19/26）cerebral infarction 76,normal range of eeg anomalies in 8 cases,68 cases of eeg chondroblastoma in cortex of 69.7,（53/76）.In the absence of 102 patients in 5 cases,the limitation of seizure attacks secondary great in 12 cases,epileptic state in 2 cases,the rate of eeg is 100%.Stiffness matrix Luan sexual attack rate of eeg 68,94.（63/68）limitations in 12 cases,attack rate of eeg 83%.（10/12）spirit,3 cases of exercise-induced attack rate of eeg anomalies 66%.（2/3）.Conclusion Cerebrovascular disease is one of the main causes of subsequent epilepsy,and a high incidence rate of eeg,high.The brain cortex lesions than deep lesions.
