高血压服药依从性相关影响因素及预防对策

High Blood Pressure Medication Compliance-related Factors and Preventive Measures

目的探讨影响高血压患者依从性的相关因素及预防对策。方法随机选择2008年6月～2009年6月正进行抗高血压药物治疗的原发性高血压患者440例,采用自行拟定好的调查表进行问卷调查,根据Morisky问卷评价服药依从性,比较相关因素上的差异。结果发放问卷440份,回收有效问卷420份,依从性佳占19.0%、依从性"不佳"占81.0%,影响依从性因素:年龄大、高血压知识认知程度差、自费支付医疗费、药物副作用。结论诸多因素影响高血压病患者依从性,应根据影响因素采取相应措施,以提高依从性。

Objective To investigate the impact of compliance in patients with hypertension related factors and preventive measures.Methods randomly selected in June 2008～2009 years,being carried out in June of anti-hypertensive drug therapy in patients with 440 cases of essential hypertension,using the prepared questionnaires on their own survey,according to Morisky medication adherence questionnaire evaluation,comparison-related factor differences.Results of a questionnaire,440 were recovered were 420 valid questionnaires,19.0% good adherencecompliance and ＂bad＂ 81.0%,affecting compliance factors：older hypertensionknowledge and awareness is poor,self-paid medical expenses,drugs side-effects.Conclusion and many other factors held liable in hypertensive patients fromthenatureshould be based on factors relevant measures should be taken to improvecompliance.
