护理干预对准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术(LASIK)术前患者焦虑水平的影响

Effect of nursing intervention on preoperative anxiety level before LASIK

目的探讨护理干预对LASIK术前患者焦虑水平的影响。方法对92例拟行LASIK手术的患者分别于完成术前检查后及经护理干预后并手术前30min内采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)进行两次测评,比较干预前后的焦虑水平。结果护理干预前焦虑评分(44.05±6.18),明显高于国内常模(29.78±0.46),(t=4.28,P<0.01)。经护理干预后焦虑评分(38.42±7.15)与干预前(44.05±6.18)比较差异有统计学意义(t=2.79,P<0.01)。结论护理干预能有效降低LASIK术前患者焦虑水平。提高术中配合的主动性,有利于术后的恢复。

Objective to investigate the effect of the nursing intervention on patients＇ anxiety levels before LASIK surgery.Methods Nursing intervention were given to 92 patients proposed LASIK surgery when the preoperative examination was done.The anxiety levels of the patients were evaluated by Self-Rating Anxiety Scale（SAS） before nursing intervention and 30minutes before LASIK,the results were documented and compared.Results Before nursing intervention,The anxiety degree of patients was significantly higher than that of normal contorl（44.05±6.18vs29.78±0.46,t=4.28 P0.01）,After intervention,patients showed significantly lower anxiety level than before（44.05±6.18vs38.42±7.15,P0.01）.Conclusion he anxiety level of the patient can be reduced by nursing intervention before LASIK.
