摘要
在以岐化松香皂(DRS)、十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)和间次甲基萘磺酸盐(NF)组成三元复合乳化剂体系中,研究了丁二烯(Bd)中炔烃、二聚体(Di)、DRS中的松香酸(RA),水相中的碳酸盐(Ca)浓度及3种乳化剂复合比对ABS用聚丁二烯胶乳(PBL)的表观反应速率(Rp)的影响。结果表明,炔烃和Di存在使Rp降低,其中乙烯基乙炔(VA)影响较(Pr)大;松香酸含量达4%时,Rp降低了50%;50℃、60℃和66℃3段阶梯温度有利于Rp提高,且凝聚物及微观结构保持在一较好水平;水相中Ca浓度<1.2%时,Rp增加,反之Rp呈线性降低;SDS/DRS<0.2,Rp随SDS/DRS增大而提高,NF/DRS>0.1,对Rp无影响,但可以较好地改善PBL稳定性。
Effect of vinyl acetylene(VA), propyne(Pr), dimer(Di), rosin acid(RA), ladder temperature, carbonate(Ca), sodium dodecyl sulphate(SDS), sodium naphthalene sulfonate(NF) and disproportional rosin soap(DRS) on polymerization rate( R p) etc. were studied. The results show that content of VA, Pr, Di and RA decreases significantly R p. Ladder temperature composed of 50 ℃, 60 ℃ and 66 ℃ improves R p and coagulum. When Ca concentration was more than 1.2%, R p was decreased in linearity. R p was increased with the increase SDS and DRS ratio under condition that SDS/DRS was less than 0.2。 NF and DRS ratio meets the condition of 0.1 and more R p wasnt affected.
