摘要
以SPAN80作为乳化剂,偶氮二异丁基脒盐酸盐(AIBA)作为引发剂,进行丙烯酰胺-N,N-二甲基-N-丁基-N-甲基丙烯酸乙酯溴化铵(DBMA)反相乳液共聚合反应。研究了单体配比、乳化剂用量、引发剂用量及反应条件等对聚合反应动力学的影响,考察了该共聚物乳液的流变性能。
In this paper, selecting SPAN 80 as emulsifier, azobis(isobutylamidine hydrochloride)(AIBA) as initiator, the inverse emulsion copolymerization of acrylamide and N dimethyl N butyl N ethylmethacrylate ammonium bromine(DBMA) was developed. The effects of monomer′s ratio, emulsifier content, initiator content and reaction condition etc. on the polymerization kinetics were studied, the rheological properties of the copolymer emulsion were investigated.
