化疗对食管癌患者外周血CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞的影响 被引量:1

The impact of chemotherapy on CD4^+CD25^+ regulatory T cells in the peripheral blood of postoperative patients with esophageal cancer

摘要 目的探讨化疗对食管癌术后患者外周血CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞的影响。方法随机选择35例食管癌术后化疗患者,应用流式细胞仪检测其化疗前、化疗1周后外周血CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞的比例,并进行比较,选择30例健康志愿者作为对照。结果食管癌患者术后化疗前外周血中CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞的比例(10.44±1.45)%高于同期健康对照组(9.35±1.41)%,差异有统计学意义(t=3.059,P<0.05)。35例患者其化疗前及化疗1周后外周血CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞比例分别为:(10.44±1.45)%、(11.67±1.56)%,两者比较差异具有统计学意义(t=6.342,P<0.01)。结论化疗可增高食管癌术后患者外周血CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞的比例。 Objective To investigate the impact of chemotherapy on CD4+CD25+ regulatory T cells in the peripheral blood of postoperative patients with esophageal cancer. Methods 35 postoperative esophageal cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy were randomly selected. Proportions of CD4+CD25+ regulatory T cells in the peripheral blood of the patients were detected using FACSCalibur (FACScan) before and 1 week after chemotherapy,and were compared with those of 30 healthy volunteers who were randomly selected as the control group. Results Proportions of CD4+CD25+ regulatory T cells in the peripheral blood of the 30 healthy volunteers and 35 patients before and 1 week after chemotherapy were (9.35±1.41)% vs (10.44±1.45)% and (10.44±1.45)% vs (11.67±1.56)% respectively,and there were significant differences between them(t=3.059,P0.05 and t=6.342,P0.01). Conclusion Chemotherapy can increase the proportion of CD4+CD25+ regulatory T cells in the peripheral blood of postoperative patients with esophageal cancer.
