玉米胚芽油对小鼠免疫功能的影响

摘要 目的探讨玉米胚芽油对小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法将192只雌性KM小鼠随机均分为4个免疫组,每个免疫组的48只小鼠再均分为阴性对照组、玉米胚芽油低、中、高剂量组,阴性对照组灌胃花生油,玉米胚芽油实验组的剂量分别为1.67、3.33、10.00mL/kg.bw,连续灌胃30d,测定各项免疫指标。结果与阴性对照组比较,玉米胚芽油低、高剂量组可提高小鼠的足跖肿胀度(P<0.05,P<0.01);低、中、高剂量组均能提高小鼠抗体生成细胞数(P<0.01);高剂量组可增强小鼠单核-巨噬细胞碳廓清能力(P<0.01);低、中、高剂量组均能增强小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞能力(P<0.01);中、高剂量组可增强小鼠的NK细胞活性(P<0.01,P<0.05);低、中、高剂量组对小鼠的脾脏/体质量比值、胸腺/体质量比值、小鼠的血清溶血素水平和脾淋巴细胞增殖能力没有明显影响(P>0.05)。结论玉米胚芽油具有增强小鼠免疫力的作用。 Objective To study the impact of maize germ oil on the immune function of mice. Methods 192 female Kunming mice were randomly divided into four immune groups. 48 mice in each group were randomly subdivided into the negative control group and three experimental groups treated with low,medium and high doses of maize germ oil. Mice in the negative control group were treated with peanut oil. Maize germ oil groups were administrated maize germ oil at 1.67,3.33 and 10.00mL/kg respectively for 30 consecutive days. Then immune indexes were measured. Results Compared with the negative control group,delayed anaphylactic reaction in mice was enhanced in groups with low and high doses(P0.05,P0.01); the number of B lymphocytes and phagocytosis of phagocytes in the abdominal cavity of mice were increased in the maize germ oil groups(P0.01); the carbon clearance capacity of mononuclear-macrophages was increased in the group treated with a high dose(P0.01); the activity of NK cells of mice was intensified in groups treated with medium and high doses (P0.01,P0.05). Conclusion Maize germ oil can strengthen the immune function of mice.
