摘要
以丙烯酸为单体,过硫酸钾为引发剂,N,N′-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂,环己烷为分散剂,用苯乙烯-N,N-二异丙基丙烯酰胺(DIPAM)共聚物为分散剂,同时加入硝酸镍,进行反相悬浮聚合,制得吸醇性和吸水性树脂。研究了树脂的吸液性能与交联剂用量、引发剂用量、硝酸镍加入量和分散剂种类诸因素的关系,所得树脂最大吸醇率达57g/g,吸水率达36g/g。
A absorbent alcohol resin, which is acrylic acid as monomers K 2S 2O 8 as initiator, N,N′ methylene bis acrylamide as crosslinker, cyclohexane as suspending phase, copolymer of styrene and N,N′ diisopropylacrylamide as suspending agent, was synthesized by adding Ni(NO 3) 2. The relation among the characteristic of the resin and amount of crosslinker, initiator, Ni(NO 3) 2 and type of suspending agent were also studied. The resin is 57 g/g, 36 g/g in case of alcohol and deionizing water.
