摘要
通过电位阶跃方法对硼酸以及Nd3+作用下的镍电沉积过程初期行为进行研究,结果表明,硼酸作用下镍电结晶按瞬时成核和三维生长方式进行,同时硼酸对晶体的生长过程具有明显的阻化作用,加入Nd3+后镍电结晶方式不变,但Nd3+对晶体的生长过程具有明显的促进作用。
Abstract The effects of boric acid and Nd 3+ cations on the initial stages of nickel
electrodeposition on vitreous carbon electrode have been investigated by step potential method. It
was shown that the electrocrystallization of nickel was found to obey the mechanism involving
instantaneous nucleation followed by three dimensional growth under the effect of boric acid and
Nd 3+ . Bonic acid inhibited both outward and lateral growth rates, and otherwise Nd 3+ cations
accelerated both nucleation and srystal growth.
