巨噬细胞移动抑制因子对妊娠期糖尿病胰岛素抵抗及胰岛β细胞功能的影响 被引量:5

Effect of macrophage migration inhibitory factor on insulin resistance and islet β-cell function in gestational diabetes mellitus

摘要 研究巨噬细胞移动抑制因子在妊娠期糖尿病患者血清中的变化及其在脂肪组织中的表达,探讨其对妊娠期糖尿病胰岛素抵抗及胰岛β细胞功能的影响.选择2008年2月至2009年2月在青岛大学医学院附属医院和泰安市中心医院产科门诊及住院孕妇120例,其中GDM组60例,正常糖耐量组(对照组)60例.GDM孕妇血清MIF显著高于正常糖耐量孕妇[(3.58±1.02对1.23±0.62)ng/ml,P〈0.01].多元逐步回归分析显示,孕前和孕晚期体重指数是影响血清MIF的独立相关因素(r^2=0.516).妊娠期糖尿病患者血清MIF显著升高,其脂肪组织MIF mRNA表达增强;MIF可使胰岛素抵抗程度增加,并影响胰岛B细胞的功能;孕前和孕晚期体重指数是影响血清MIF的独立相关因素. To study the level of macrophage migration inhibitory factor (MIF) in serum and the expression of MIF mRNA in abdominal subcutaneous adipose tissue,and to investigate its impact on insulin resistance and islet β-cell dysfunction in gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM).120 pregnancy women from the Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University Medical College and Taian Central Hospital were enrolled,including 60 GDM women and 60 women with normal glucose tolerance (NGT).The serum MIF in GDM group was higher than that of NGT group [(3.58±1.02 vs 1.23±0.62) ng/ml,P〈0.01].Multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that body mass index was an independent affective factor of the serum levels of MIF (r2 =0.516).The serum levels of MIF and the expressions of MIF mRNA in abdominal subcutaneous adipose tissue were significantly higher in GDM group than NGT group.MIF may contribute to insulin resistance and β-cell dysfunction in GDM.Body mass index seems to be an independent factor in affecting the serum levels of MIF.
