回收产品再生物流系统不仅能创造经济效益,而且能创造社会效益。许多再生物流的绩效评价集中在所创造的经济效益方面,忽视了所创造的社会效益。从在社会效益的角度,对再生物流进行综合评价,分析其社会效益评价指标的特点,建立基于平衡计分卡的再生物流社会效益评价的指标体系。

The recycling logistics system can not only create economic benefits,but also create social benefits.Performance evaluation on recycling logistics used to focus on the economic benefits,while neglected the social benefits.In the perspective of social benefits and based on the balanced scorecard,this paper analyzed the characteristics of social evaluation index,and established an evaluation index system for recycling logistics system.
