利用减一,减二线蜡油调合生产3^#软麻油研究

STUDY ON THE PRODUCTION OF 3 # SOFTENING JUTE OIL BY BLENDING VGO1 WITH VGO2

利用线性回归的方法，考察了减一、减二线蜡油调合过程中粘度与凝点、粘度与调合比之间的关系。结果表明：粘度与凝点、粘度与调合比均呈线性关系，并据此求出调合比。对调合油样进行碱洗、白土精制和添加降凝剂处理，获得合格的３＃软麻油。

By linear regression,the relations of viscosity to condensation point, viscosity to blending ratio in the process of blending VGO1 with VGO2 were investigated to be linear. According to this,the blending ratio was determined. The qualified 3 # softening jute oil was obtained by blending, sodafining,treating with earth and adding of pour point degressent.
