脑外伤患者并发急性下肢深静脉血栓的护理

Nursing for brain injury patients with lower extremity deep venous thrombosis

目的探讨脑外伤患者并发急性下肢深静脉血栓的护理原则。方法总结2007年11月至2008年11月,笔者所在医院神经外科收治的18例脑外伤并发急性下肢深静脉血栓患者的护理措施。结果 4例患者下肢深静脉血栓症状完全缓解,14例症状好转,无一例患者因急性下肢深静脉血栓死亡或截肢。结论对于脑外伤患者并发急性下肢深静脉血栓形成,专业的护理并取得患者的配合和积极配合医生能提高治愈率,有效预防并发症,使患者获得满意治疗效果。

Objective To discuss the nursing treatment of brain injury patients with LEDVT. Methods A total of 18 cases＇ nursing experience of treatment of brain injury patients with LEDVT from November 1,2007 to November 1,2008 in Department of Neurosurgcry were summarized, and detailed nursing measures were developped. Results 4 patients＇ clinical symptoms have been completely relieved and the others have began to reduce or regressed. No patient was death and amputated extremity. Conclusion For brain injury patients with LEDVT, Not only can improve the care rate but also effective in preventing complications if the patients actively cooperate with the professional care and the doctors, then to obtain a satisfac- tory therapeutic effect.
