单纯腓骨截断术治疗膝骨关节炎临床研究

Clinical study on the treatment of knee osteoarthritis by fibular osteotomy

目的探讨腓骨截断术治疗膝关节骨性关节炎膝内侧疼痛的适应证,手术方法及治疗效果。方法对30例膝关节骨性关节炎膝内侧疼痛患者实行腓骨截断术。结果术后随访1～3年,膝关节JOA评分,术前平均(75.5±5)分,术后平均(85.5±5)分,术后评分与术前有显著性差异,22例感到满意,6例较满意,较不满意2例。结论腓骨截断术减除了腓骨对胫骨平台的支撑作用,能起到平衡胫骨平台的负重的作用,从而减轻膝关节内侧压力,对减轻膝关节骨性关节炎膝内侧疼痛有良好的疗效。

Objective To explore the application and therapeutic effect that fibular truncation for the treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee suffer from medial knee pain. Methods Thirty patients with osteoarthritis of knee suffer from medial knee pain be treated by fibula truncation. Results Follow - up 1 - 3 years Knee JOA score preoperative average （75.5 ± 5 ） and （ 85.5 ± 5 ） after operation. Knee JOA score was significant difference between preoperation with pestoperation. Conclusion Fibula support the lateral tibial. It is that set up a new balance for tibial though truncation of the fibula and delived the pressure on the medial knee. It get a good effect for alleviating osteoarthritis of the knee medial pain.
