摘要
通过ATR衰减全反射的红外光谱分析和对蒸馏水接触角的测定表明,经脉冲辉光放电等离子体的作用,PTFE薄膜表面的组分结构发生了变化。主要表现为薄膜表面氧基团的含量由无到有,并形成了C=C不饱和基团。表面由完全非极性变成表现出部分极性,亲水性大为增强,可粘性也得到很大改善。
The surface of PTEF film has been modified by the non-thermal plasma. MIR spectrum and contact angle measurements show a large oxide and carbon molecular double bond have been formed on the surface of PTFE film, whicl greatly improved the wettability and adhesion of PTFE film surface.
