摘要
利用扫描电镜,能谱分析仪,MM-200型试验机及MICROMETⅡ数显式显微硬度计对镀层的硬度、摩擦磨损性能及耐蚀性能进行了分析测试,并研究了热处理对其组织结构及性能的影响,从而分析比较各种镀层性能及差异,在此基础上确定了进口汽车内燃机缸套修复的最佳镀层,为镀层的应用提供依据。
Hardness wearability and corrosion resistance of the plating were measured and analyzed by means of SEM. spectrometer ,MM-200 tester and micromet I DD microscopic hardness tester. The effect of heat treatment on its texture and properties was also studied,thus properties and differences of various platings were analyzed and compared. As a result,basis is provided for dertermining optimum plating in repairing imported car cylinder packing.
