加强和改进当前高校学风建设,提高教育教学质量,为社会主义建设事业培养优秀的建设者和接班人,是高校提高办学质量,提升社会满意度的窗口。当前,由于外部环境的变化和社会不良风气的影响,导致高校在学风建设存在的问题令人堪忧,因此,加强和改进高校学风建设,扭转不良学风,激发学生的学习主动性和能动性,对推进教育教学改革,培养高素质人才有着重要的现实意义。

The construction of academic discipline is the key of college＇s quality,and it＇s the important expression of student＇s integrated quality.Improvement of construction of academic in college and turnning qualified constructers and successors of socialism are the testing of improving college＇s quality and society＇s degree of satisfication.Recently,by changes of exotic environment and under evil social influence,lots of worrying questions appear in process of constructing academic discipline.These facts give the improvement of construction of academic discipline,correction of the bad ones and stimulation of the student＇s initiative study a practical signficance on promoting reformation and cultivating high-calibre personnel.
