摘要
对臭氧氧化干法炉黑物料的连续反应及干法炉黑物料在流化床内的停留时间分布进行了研究.连续反应实验结果表明:在反应条件相同的情况下,一级流化床与—级流化床都能把干法炉黑物料的pH值降到3.5,但很难反映出干法炉黑物料中真实的pH值分布.停留时间分布实验结果表明:干法炉黑物料在流化床内的流动为全混流,并得出了pH为3.5时,多级流化床出口处千法炉黑物料中真实的pH值分布,通过比较选用三级流化床较为合适.
Continuous reaction of ozone oxidizing dry granulated furnace black and residenttime distribution of dry granulated furnace black were studied in fluidized beds. At the same reactingconditions, continuous reacting reasults indicated that pH value of dry granulated furnace blackcould be reduced to 3. 5 in first--stage and second--stage fluidized beds,it is difficult to give pH valuedistributions when pH equals 3. 5. Moreover,resident time distributing results showed that flow ofdry granulated furnace black was complete mixing flow in fluidized beds and pH value distributionswere given in the exit of multi--stage fluidized beds when pH equals 3. 5. Compared to these pH valuedistribution, the third--stage is suitable.
