110例低血糖症临床分析

目的 探讨低血糖症首要的临床表现与血糖值和低血糖持续时间的关系.方法 通过严格筛选入选病例,对临床表现以交感神经兴奋为首发症状和以神经精神症状为首发症状的患者的血糖值、低血糖持续时间进行比较.结果 以神经精神症状为首发症状的占81.82%,以交感神经兴奋为首发症状的占18.18%,低血糖症发生神志变化与否血糖值均为0.9～2.8 mmol/L,以神经精神症状为首发症状的病例低血糖持续时间大于60 min,以交感神经兴奋症状为首发症状的病例低血糖持续时间小于60 min.结论 目前低血糖症多首先表现为神经精神症状,神志变化与血糖值无关,与低血糖持续时间呈正相关.

Objective To enplore the relationship between the first symptom of low blood srgar and blood glrcose valres, as well as the duration of low holld sugar. Methods Case which integrates through strict screening, carries on the comparison to its clinical manifestation take the nerve excited symptom as the first round symptom and take the nerve energetic symptom as the first round symptom case＇s blood sugar value and the blood sugar duration . Results Accounts for 81.82% take the nerve energetic symptom as the first round symptom, its hypoglycemia duration was more than 60 minutes; Accounts for 18. 18% excitedly take the nerve as the first round symptom, its hypoglycemia duration was less than 60 minutes; Whether hypoxemia does have the state of mind change, its blood sugar value were in 0.9 - 2. 8 mmol/L. Conclusion At present hypoxemia many presently display for the nerve energetic symptom, the state of mind change and the blood sugar value does not have is being related, be related with the hypoglycemia duration present.
