胸腰椎骨折患者65例围手术期的护理

目的 探讨胸腰椎骨折患者围手术期的护理效果.方法 选取2007年1月至2009年10月胸腰椎骨折患者65例患者围手术期实施整体护理措施,包括术前护理、术后护理、功能训练、出院指导,同时预防术后并发症等.结果 65例患者获8～18个月随访,平均随访10个月,无1例死亡.除6例A级及3例B级患者治疗无变化外,其余56例胸腰椎骨折患者均有不同程度恢复,其中42例达E级水平.结论 胸腰椎骨折患者术前及术后的科学护理对提高临床疗效,预防并发症的发生是很有必要的,加快了术后恢复,提高了手术成功率,也提高了患者的生命质量.

Objective To investigate the care results of patients with thoracolumbar fractures in perioperative. Methods To select 65 patients with thoracolumbar fractures from January 2007 to October 2009 in perioperative measures, and to be done with implementation of holistic nursing care, all these including preoperative care, postoperative care, functional training, guidance of leaving hospital, and to be prevented the postoperative complications at the same time. Results 65 cases were followed up for8 to 18 months, with an average follow - up of 10 months, no ease was dead in this group. In addition to six cases of A and three cases of B were no change after treatment, the other 56 cases with thoracolumbar fractures were with varying degree of recovery, of which 42 cases were up to E. Conclusion The preoperative and postoperative care for patients with thoracolumbar fractures can improve the science and clinical efficacy, prevention of complications. It is necessary to accelerate the postoperative recovery and improve the success rate of surgery, but also improve the quality of life of patients.
