摘要
研究了采用连续反应-精馏装置,以汽油裂解C5镏分为原料制备DCPD的工艺方法。通过正交设计及极差分析法确定了最佳工艺条件,产品收率达80%以上,纯度可达94%。
The preparation of DCPD from C5 fraction of gasoline cracking with the device of continuous reaction-rectfication was studied. The optimum technological conditions were determined by orthogonal test and extreme difference analysis. The yield of product reaches over 80%, and the purity is up to 94%.
