赖氨葡锌颗粒治疗反复呼吸道感染的临床研究

摘要 目的评价赖氨葡锌颗粒治疗反复呼吸道感染疗效。方法选择反复呼吸道感染患儿80例,随机分为治疗组40例,除常规抗感染、对症、治疗外,用赖氨葡锌颗粒治疗反复呼吸道感染;对照组40例,只采用常规治疗。临床观察并近期随访患儿反复呼吸道感染次数、血清铁、锌、钙的浓度以及IgG、IgA、IgM的情况。结果治疗组近一年患儿在反复呼吸道感染的次数明显低于对照组,且血中铁、锌、IgG、IgA、IgM有明显提高,经统计学检验存在显著性差异(P〈0.05)。结论赖氨葡锌颗粒治疗反复呼吸道感染疗效明显。 Clinical research of lysine and gluconic acid zinc in the treatment of children with repeated respiratory tract infection Sichuan Wusheng County women's and children's health hospital Tan Chang wei[ summary ] purpose: evaluation lysine gluconic acid zinc, the treatment of children with repeated respiratory tract infection. (P〈0.05) . Conclusion: lysine gluconic acid zinc cures to the repeated respiratory tract infection obviously.
