氨磷汀对胃癌肝转移化疗患者肝脏保护作用的临床观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察氨磷汀对胃癌肝转移化疗患者肝脏保护作用及药物的安全性。方法将24例胃癌肝转移、既往化疗有过肝功异常的患者分为对照组(单纯化疗)和治疗组(化疗加阿米福汀),做自身前后对照研究,化疗前后监测肝功。结果肝功能损害在对照组出现18例,在治疗组出现5例(P〈0.01);结论氨磷汀能明显防护胃癌肝转移患者化疗后的肝功能损害。 Objective: To study the protective effect of Amifostine from hepatic function damage in gastric cancer hepatic metastatic patients (GCHMP) under chemotherapy. Methods: in a self-comparison research, 24 patients with abnormal hepatic function in previous chemotherapy (ies) were treated by one cycle of chemotherapy (control group) followed by a same cycle of chemotherapy plus amifostine (treatment group) . Liver function was observed before and after each cycle, as well as KPS. Results: Liver function damage occurred in 5 and 18 patients in the treatment group and the control respectively (P〈0.05) .Conclusion: Amifostine may prevent from hepatic function damage in hepatic metastatic patients after chemotherapy.
