摘要
目的建立HPLC法测定黄连上清胶囊中盐酸小檗碱的含量。方法高效液相色谱法，分析色谱柱LanboYWG—C18（150mm＊4．6mm，5um），流动相为乙腈-0．1％磷酸溶液（58：42）（每100ml中加入十二烷基磺酸钠0．1g），检测波长为246nm。结果测得盐酸小檗碱在0．257～1．285mg／ml内呈线性．平均回收率为99．4％，RSD=0．93％．结论：该法操作简便，准确。
Objective： To establish a method for the determination of berberine hydrochloride in huanglian shangqing capsules . Methods： High performance liquid chromatography; station phase： LanboYWG-C1 （ 150mm＊4.6mm, 5um）colunm; mobile phase： acetonitrile-0.1%phosphate acid （58： 42） （0.1g sodium dodecyl sulfate in 100ml 0.1%phosphate acid ）, detecting wavelength ： 246nm .Result： The linger range of psoralen concentration was 0.257 - 1.285 mg/ml ; the average recovery of the assay was 99.4%, and RSD =0.93%. Conclusion ： This method is simple and convenient. It can be used to control the quality of huanglian shangqing capsules.
