20例结直肠癌同时性肝转移手术疗效分析

目的探讨手术治疗结直肠癌同时性肝转移的疗效。方法分析长沙市一医院2005年1月1日至2009年12月1日收治的51例结直肠癌同时性肝转移患者的资料，分析手术治疗对其生存率的影响。结果21例肝转移患者同期手术8例（38．1％），30例肝转移患者分期手术12例（40％）。分期手术组手术死亡率（3．3％）高于同期手术组（1．9％）（P〈0．05=。结论同期手术是结直肠癌同时性肝转移的首选治疗方法，可以明显改善患者的手术生存。

Objectives To explore treatment efficacy of hepatic resection in synchronous liver metastasis of colorectal caner. Methods The elinical data of 51 cases of synchronous liver metastasis of colorectal caner received hepatic resection from January 1, 2005 to December 1, 2009 in First People＇s Hospital Of Changsha were analyzed retrospectively. The relationship between hepatic resection and surival rate was also concerned. Results Eight cases received homochronous resection, of which 21 cases from synchronous liver metastasis of colorectal caner.while twelve cases received time-resection of 30 cases.Mortaltiy rate during operation was 3.3% in homochronous resection group and 1.9% in time-resection group （P〈0.05） .Conclusions homochronous resection is the first choice of therapy in synchronous liver metastasis of colorectal caner and it can improve survival.
