摘要
目的总结人工股骨头置换术治疗75岁以上高龄老人股骨颈骨折的疗效。方法1997年5月～2007年5月，82例75岁以上老年股骨颈骨折病人，男27例，女55例，采用改良小切口非水泥人工股骨头置换术治疗。结果平均住院16．8天，病人3周能早期下床活动，住院期间内无1例死亡，按Hams评90．6分，优秀。结论人工股骨头置换术是治疗超高龄老人股骨颈骨折的最适当选择。
Objective To invert the results of the hemiarthroplasty （without cemented） in the treatment of the femoral neck fractures in the elderly.Methods 82patients of the femoral neck fracture treated by uncemented hemi-arthroplasty from1997, 5-2007.5, 10were reviewed.Results The results were excellent at four years followup.Con-clusion Hemiarthroplasty is the good method in the treatment of the femoral neck fracture in aged patients.
