目的分析注射室易发生护惠纠纷的原因。寻求防范对策。方法通过对2006—2008年期间发生的护患纠纷进行分析归类提出应对措施，持续改进护理工作。结果护患纠纷减少，2009年发生纠纷2次，均与疫苗不良反应有关。结论有针对性地分析护患纠纷原因，可以有效地降低医疗纠纷的发生。
