院前严重损伤的抢救护理方法分析

To analyse the method of salvage nursing for severe pre-hospital injuries.

目的探讨院前严重损伤的急救护理效果。方法观察2009年1月—2009年10月急救316例多发受伤的表现应对。结果316例患者通过院前急救护理后42例因脑、胸、腹多处过度损伤严重在抢救中死亡，其余全部及时安全送入我院救治，未发生意外，抢救有效率86．7％。结论重伤患者应重视做好院前的急救工作，对提高抢救成功率有很大关系。

Objective： To discuss the nursing outcome for severe pre-hospital injuries. Methods： Objectiving the treatment of 316 first-aid multi-injuries from January 2009 to october 2009.Results： after the treatment ofpre-hospital first-aid, 42 patients of the 316 died from serious brain, chest, and abdomen trauma, and the rest aU survived because of effective solvement.The efficiency was 86.7%.Conclusion： It is important to pay more attention to pre-hospital aid.It can help increase the survival proportion.
