激素联合环磷酰胺治疗SLE并LN的临床研究

目的探讨激素联合环磷酰胺治疗SLE并LN的临床效果。方法将近期本院手治的SLE并LN患者50例,随即将其分为对照组和治疗组,对照组采用单用激素治疗,治疗组在采用激素的基础上加用环磷酰胺治疗。结果与对照组相比,2组治疗组完全缓解率明显增高,总有效率增高(P<0.05),24h尿蛋白、血肌酐、尿红细胞、血沉差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论激素联合环磷酰胺治疗SLE并LN疗效满意,不良反应少。

Objective To study the effect of impulsion treating 1upus nephritis（LN）with pulsecyclophos-phamide（CTX） and corticosteroid.Methods All patients were divided into two groups randomly.only corticoseteroid in the control group,corticosteroid and CTX were intravenously in treated group.Results The total effective rate the in the treated group was higler than the contral group（P〈0.05）,twenty-fours hours urinary red blood cell,Scr,complement C3,ESR significanty improved in the treated group than the the contral group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The combination pulse threapy with corticosteroid and CTX is safe and effective on the treatment of LN.
