老年胃溃疡的临床特点及内镜检查的护理

目的探讨老年胃溃疡的临床特点及内镜检查的护理方法。方法对我院2007年6月至2008年3月经胃镜检查的78例老年胃溃疡患者均行内镜检查,对照组采用一般护理,治疗组采用护理干预,比较2组患者检查前的心理情况、检查中的临床反应及患者的满意度。结果治疗组从患者心理、临床反应及满意度方面均好于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对老年胃溃疡患者内镜检查的护理干预能有效的缓解心理或检查时对内镜的过激反应,并有效的提高了患者对医护人员的满意度。

Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics of elderly peptic ulcer and endoscopic examination of the nursing method.Methods The hospital in June 2007-March 2008 menstrual endoscopy of 78 elderly patients with peptic ulcer patients underwent endoscopy in the control group using the general care,treatment group were treated with care and intervention,were compared in patients with psychological conditions before the inspection to check the clinical response and patient satisfaction.Results The treatment group from the patient＇s psychological,clinical response,and satisfaction were better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Elderly patients with gastric ulcer endoscopy nursing intervention can effectively alleviate the psychological or endoscopic examination of the overreaction,and effectively improve the patient＇s medical and nursing staff satisfaction.
