高压氧治疗过期妊娠的体会

目的了解高压氧对过期妊娠治疗的机制和确切的疗效。方法对5例过期妊娠的患者在不同的时间分别进行[向高压氧舱内加压缩空气,当治疗压力为0.15MPa时,开始戴面罩吸纯氧60min(中间休息10min)]治疗。同时要对患者做紧密的监护,以防止紧急情况发生,适时选择剖宫产结束分娩挽救胎儿。结果本组5例过期妊娠的患者中有4例通过高压氧治疗5～7次后,均顺产活婴。另外1例连续吸氧3d后,出现心音改善,心率增加(>160次/min),胎动增多后,经引产顺利娩出活婴。随访2年,无智力障碍。结论肯定高压氧治疗有利于改善胎盘功能,从而有效地纠正胎儿宫内缺氧症状。

Objective To study the mechanism and the effects that HBO has on prolonged pregnancy Methods Five patients had received the treatments at different times.Air condensed,when the pressure came to 0.15MPa,let patient wear a mask to breathe pure oxygen only,which took 60 minutes with a 10-minute break.At the same time,closely guardianship was required in case of emergency and baby could be saved by cutting open the womb in time.Results 4 cases had the healthy baby after receiving treatments for 5～7 times.In another case,after having breathed oxygen for 3 days,with phonocardiogram improved,heart rate and fetal movement increased,the patient delivered the healthy baby by induction in the end.And in the following 2 years,no mental retardation was found.Conclusion HBO treatment improved placental function effectlvely and helped to cure the symptoms of fetal hypoxia.
