目的促进药品说明书的规范;为合理用药提供依据。方法结合临床用药的实际情况对医院使用的注射用抗菌药物说明书进行分析,指出抗菌药物说明书在实际应用中存在的问题并提出建议。结果药品说明书除具有指导药品安全,合理使用这一基本作用外还可作为假药劣药、缺陷药品、虚假药品广告和药品召回对象的法律依据。结论部分注射用抗菌药物说明书无论是从内容上还是形式上均仍存在不少问题,只有通过相关机构及人员的不断沟通和共同努力,才能使其日趋完善,进而更好地服务于临床。

Objective To facilitate development of the current package inserts of drugs and provide basis for the rational use of drugs.Methods Based on the practical condition of clinical medicaiton,the problems existing in drug instructions were analyzed and the corresponding suggestions were put forward.Results In addition to guiding pharmaceutical arug safety instructions,one kf the rational use of the basu things,as counterfeit medicines of inferior quality,defectove drugs,false advertising and pharmaceutical drugs legal basis for recall of objects.Conclusion There are many problems about Package inserts of antibacterial for injection either in contents or in form and only through the joint effort of the concerned agencies and personnel.The Package insert s of drugs be consummated gradually for the interest of clinical medication.
