粉末制粒工艺在金刚石工具制造中的应用研究 被引量:3

摘要 根据制粒机的特点,探讨了制粒工艺参数之间以及不同金属粉末松裝密度与粘结剂加入量之间的关系,并对常用的三种粘结剂进行了优选。结果表明:当混料时间为10min、输送带速2m/min、转盘转速120r/min、刮料杆转速13r/min时,制粒机所制得的颗粒效果最好;相同的工艺条件下,粘结剂GB600的加入量最少,制粒合格率高达97.9%,颗粒强度值达到91%;常用粉料松装密度在0.72~2.96g/cm3范围内,相对应的每千克粉料粘结剂最佳加入量在40~150mL之间,两者之间呈近似线性关系,其斜率为-48.78,此线附近取值,制粒效果最佳。 Based on the characteristics of granulator,the relations between the addition of binders and the apparent density of metal powders were studied.Meanwhile,the optimizing tests were conducted on three kinds of binder.The results show that when the mixing time is 10min,the velocity of the conveyor belt is 2m/min,the speed of rotor disk is 120r/min and the speed of scraper is 13r/min,the effect of granulating is the best.Under the same technological conditions,the addition amount of GB600 is the least,but the up-to-standard rate of granulation reaches 97.9%,particle strength reaches 91%.The apparent density of common metal powders is between 0.72 g/cm^3 and 2.96 g/cm3,then the optimal addition amount of binders is between 40mL and 150mL.The relationship between the addition amounts of the binders and apparent density of different metal powders is approximately linear,and when the slope is-48.78,the granulating effect is the best.
