摘要
为了使粉末冶金零件达到高密度,近年来采用了几种新技术,诸如温压、表面致密化、高速压制等。模壁润滑是这些技术中之一种。可是,很少研究模壁润滑的定量分析,也没有适合模壁润滑的润滑剂。作者们通过比较摩擦式(TRIBO)与电晕火花式研究了模壁润滑技术,还研究了几种润滑剂的电位值。通过这些研究,合成了一种模壁润滑用的新润滑剂。
Recently several new technologies are introduced to achieve high density of PM such as warm compaction,surface densification,high velocity compaction and so on.Die wall lubrication is one of these technologies.However,the study of quantitative analysis of die wall abrication is very few,neither the suitable lubricant for die wall lubrication.The authors studied the die wall lubrication technologies itself comparing TRIBO type and CORONA spark type and also studied several lubricant electric charge value.Trough these studies,the new lubricant for die wall lubrication is synthesized.
