摘要
针对当前人事档案管理的困境,文章提出人事档案管理信用化改革这一思路,并对信用化改革的内涵与可行性进行分析,最后提出推行信用化改革的可行措施,以求有益于当前的人事档案管理改革。
The paper proposes credit-oriented reform for the personnel files management as a solution to the current predicament of the personnel files management. Then, it analyzes the content and feasibility of credit-oriented reform for the personnel files management. Finally, the paper suggests feasible measures to implement the credit- oriented reform, in order to benefit the current reform of the personnel files management.
