脑卒中的遗传易感性研究进展 被引量：2

The progress on genetic susceptibility of stroke

摘要 脑卒中是中国和世界范围内的重要公共卫生问题,而遗传易感性对脑卒中的发生有重要作用。本文综述了近年来提示遗传因素对脑卒中影响的研究证据,不同遗传流行病学研究方法获得的新发现以及关联研究设计的改进策略。 Stroke is a major health problem in China and around the world.Evidence accumulated demonstrates that genetic risk factors play an important role in the pathogenesis of stroke.This article reviews the understanding of genetic basis of stroke,investigations based on different study approaches and strategies to improve the association study.
