社区糖尿病患者健康干预效果评价 被引量：5

An evaluation of effects of health education and intervention on diabetes mellitus in community

摘要 目的针对社区人群在健康体检中被确诊的糖尿病(diabetesmellitus,DM)群体进行健康干预。方法对2005-2006年的48634人在体检中被确诊的302例DM患者进行DM健康知识讲座、咨询及问卷调查,对体检前后DM健康知识掌握情况和干预效果进行评价。结果对DM相关知识掌握程度干预前后差异有统计学意义;对血糖水平的影响干预前后差异有统计学意义。结论对DM患者进行健康知识讲座,可提高其相关知识水平和自我保健能力,降低血糖水平,为预防和延缓并发症的发生发展起到了积极的作用。
