娱乐场所外来从业人员艾滋病宣传干预效果分析

The evaluation on intervening effectiveness of AIDS health education on floating youth in entertainment places

目的探索宣传教育干预对服务娱乐场所从业人员进行艾滋病健康教育的效果,为制定针对高危人群开展艾滋病干预的策略及措施提供科学依据。方法按分层整群抽样方法抽取南宁市2家娱乐会所、2家KTV、2家酒吧、2家星级宾馆共8家场所,以场所内外来从业人员作为研究对象,在宣传干预前后分别填写统一的调查问卷,并对干预效果进行对比分析。结果干预后研究对象对性病知识(除梅毒外)知晓率均有所提高(P<0.05);性病正确就医行为有所提高(P<0.05);对艾滋病传播途径、非传播途径的知晓率有所提高(P<0.05);对正确使用安全套能有效预防艾滋病的知晓率有显著提高(P<0.01)。结论服务娱乐场所从业人员艾滋病宣传干预效果明显。

Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of intervention by interview on health education of AIDS among floating youth who work in recreation ground, in order to offer strategies and measures for floating population. Methods The floating youth from 2 recreation chamber, 2 KTV, 2 drink bar, 2 class hotel, etc. were recruited by stratified cluster sampling. All the sample filled out the same questionnaires before and after intervention, respectively. Results After intervention, the level of knowledge of social disease knowledge, AIDS knowledge and condom knowledge were changed （P〈0.05）, and the level of right behavior of social disease hospitalize was improved too （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Health education with floating youth in recreation ground is an effective intervention measure.
