129名高校男男性行为学生艾滋病相关知识和行为调查分析

Survey on the awareness of AIDS-related knowledge and behaviors among men who have sex with men in different colleges

目的了解芜湖市医学类和非医学类高校的男男性行为者(men who have sex with men,MSM)艾滋病认知情况、性行为学特征的差别,为实施干预措施提供科学依据。方法采用雪球抽样调查的方法 ,对129名高校青年学生MSM进行问卷调查。结果共对129名男男性接触者进行了艾滋病知识、性行为调查,其中55名调查对象是医学类高校青年MSM,74名调查对象是非医学类高校青年MSM,前者艾滋病知识知晓率和发生性行为时每次使用安全套的率高于后者相应情况(P<0.05)。所有被调查者平均年龄是(20.4±1.9)岁,首次性行为平均年龄18.8岁。最近半年,118名调查对象与男性发生过性关系,平均每位调查对象有(5.4±2.1)位同性性伴,15.5%的调查对象同时也与女性发生过性行为。结论不同类型高校的青年学生MSM艾滋病相关知识知晓率、安全套使用情况不同;医学类院校应加强行为干预,在非医学类院校应同时加强艾滋病相关知识教育和艾滋病高危行为干预。

Objective To investigate the sexual behaviors and the AIDS-related knowledge among men who have sex with men （MSM） in different types of colleges in Wuhu. Methods The data were collected from MSM by snowball sampling, MSM were surveyed in the colleges using questionnaires. Results 129 MSM were investigated, 55 MSM came from medical colleges, and 74 MSM came from other colleges. There was significant difference in the awareness rate of the AIDS-related knowledge and the using rate of condoms in them （P〈0.05）. The average age of all was 20.4±1.9 years, the average age of first sex was 18.8 years old. 118 MSM have had sexual action with male partners, the average number of sexual partners per person was 5.4±2.1, 15.5% of them have had sexual action with female partners. Conclusions The awareness rate of the AIDS-related knowledge and the using rate of condoms in MSM who came from different colleges was different, we should reinforce the intervention measures in medical colleges, we should teach the AIDS-related knowledge and take the intervention measures in other colleges to prevent AIDS.
