企业员工情绪管理能力与工作能力相关研究 被引量:3

Correlation study of enterprise employee's emotion management ability and work ability

摘要 目的了解企业员工情绪管理能力与工作能力相关情况。方法以合肥市某汽车制造公司员工为研究对象,抽取180名,以不记名方式进行问卷调查。结果该企业员工情绪管理能力总均分为102.50。员工工作能力总均分为39.64,在工作能力指数7项中,与体力和脑力有关的工作能力得分最高;与工作和生活的心理状态得分较低。员工情绪管理能力与员工工作能力在性别上不存在显著性差异。结论员工情绪管理能力与员工工作能力之间存在显著相关。 Objective To understand the related situations of employee's emotional management ability and work ability. Methods 180 employees from an automobile manufacturing company in Hefei were selected and surveyed. Results The mean score of employee's emotional management was 102.50. Mean score of employees work ability was 39.64, of all the work ability index, the physical and mental ability to work got the highest score; the work ability index about the psychological state of work and life was lower. Employee's emotion management ability and work ability was not significantly different between different genders. Conclusions There is significant correlation between employee's emotion management and work ability.
