摘要
β-胡萝卜素具有清除氧自由基以及抗癌、预防心血管疾病、抗辐射等多种生理功能,藻类中含有大量的的β-胡萝卜素。在探讨了萃取剂、温度、时间、固液比对β-胡萝卜素提取率影响的基础上,找到了从螺旋藻干粉中提取β-胡萝卜素的最佳提取工艺件为:以乙酸乙酯为萃取剂,固液比为1:10(mg/ml),65℃下恒温处理6h。
As one of the oxygen free radicals scavenger,β-carotene could prevent cancer and cardiovascular diseases.Spirulina was rich in β-carotene.The optimal conditions for extracting β-carotene in Spirulina powder were determined as follows.Spirulina powder was mixed with ethyl acetate at ratio of 1:10 (mg /mL) under 65 ℃ for 6h.
